Addendum to the Board of Supervisors Agenda

The Board of Supervisors amended its Jan. 25, 2022 agenda: moved the 2022 State Legislative Platform item to the afternoon, added a closed-session litigation item, withdrew a $600,000 Homekey funding application, and added a COVID-19 update with a resolution to allow teleconferenced meetings for 30 days. No substantive decisions were made in this addendum.

Addendum to the Board of Supervisors Agenda

The Board of Supervisors amended its agenda to include changes to two existing items and added new items. Item #4 was amended to authorize the Planning and Building Director to sign a $163,298 agreement with CAPSLO for the Kansas Safe Parking program, with clarifying language. Item #27 was amended to increase a contract with California Patrol Operations, Inc. for inmate transport to $300,000 per year, and to ratify prior payments. The Board also added a closed session on pending litigation and a public meeting item on COVID-19.
