Board of County Commissioners

The Board of County Commissioners will meet to discuss the Idaho Power refund process and a property tax refund with the State Tax Commission. The agenda also includes reports from juvenile probation and misdemeanor officers, as well as updates on the courthouse remodel and broadband.

The Board of County Commissioners voted to pay the Idaho Power property tax refund in full and withhold the amount from affected taxing districts. They also approved a $1,180 indigent claim in executive session and reviewed reports from juvenile and misdemeanor probation, including a rise in DUI arrests. No other substantive decisions were made; most items were informational.
