This special meeting will discuss and potentially vote on using general funds to pay outstanding invoices for pedestrian safety projects at 2nd and 3rd Streets. Major discussion items include accepting a $1 million EPA grant for replacing old cast iron water lines on 2nd Street from US Hwy 66 to Green Avenue, approving budget adjustments for infrastructure projects, amending meeting rules for public comment registration, a lodger's tax grant for the 24 Hours in the Enchanted Forest event, and a final plat review to vacate public rights-of-way for a replat at 2410-2414 E. Aztec Avenue.
