The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval for a comprehensive plan amendment, rezoning, and plat to allow Roers Companies to build a 169-unit affordable housing project at 6257 University Avenue N.E. The proposal converts the site from commercial to multi-family use. The items will move to the City Council for consideration on January 9, 2023.
