Planning Commission

The Fresno Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council that Text Amendment Application No. P23-03410 amend Sections 15-2761 and 15-6802 of the Citywide Development Code concerning tobacco and vapor sales, smoke shops, and definitions. City Council

The City Council will meet to consider a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Fresno and the County of Fresno. This agreement concerns property tax sharing, sales tax sharing, annexation, and development within the City's sphere of influence.

City Council

Planning Commission

A conditional use permit to convert office space into 16 residential units was approved. All votes were recorded, with one commissioner absent and one recused on two items.

The council also approved the consent calendar 7-0, including a $1,498,690.41 three-year Flock Safety license plate reader agreement and a $794,000 contract for acoustic treatment of 17 homes near Fresno Yosemite International Airport. A resolution declaring outdoor warming fires a public nuisance was tabled 7-0 with direction for staff to return in 30 days with an enforcement policy.
