The Board appointed its Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Solicitor, and engineering services. It also approved the 2023 meeting schedule, official newspapers, and the official bank. Two resolutions regarding a minor subdivision and site plan were memorialized.

Township Committee

The Franklin Township Committee is holding its annual reorganization meeting, where newly elected members Jonathan Keen and Michael Marsh will be sworn in, and a mayor and deputy mayor will be nominated and sworn in. The committee will also vote on a series of resolutions to appoint various professional positions and set administrative policies for the year.

The Township Committee elected John Bruno as Mayor and Heather Flaim as Deputy Mayor. The committee approved a series of administrative appointments for 2023, including the township solicitor, engineer, and accountant. A temporary budget for 2023 was also approved.
