Planning Commission

The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on two Port of Pasco applications. Item #1 proposes rezoning an 18.3‑acre portion of a parcel from Agricultural Production (AP‑20) to General Industrial (I‑2). Item #2 proposes subdividing a 161‑acre parcel into eight industrial lots with access from Railroad Avenue, pending approval of the rezoning.
