City Council
The Duvall City Council will hold a workshop on right-of-way signage and a proposed banner policy. The regular meeting includes consent agenda items, a proclamation for Parks & Recreation Month, and presentations to outgoing councilmembers. Two public hearings are scheduled: a proposed amendment to DMC §14.42 on sensitive areas and a moratorium on battery energy storage solutions. The council will also discuss zoning code changes related to affordable housing.

Planning Commission
The Duvall Planning Commission will review a design review for the Acres of Diamonds project and hold a public hearing on amending the Sensitive Area Code. The commission will also discuss these items and provide recommendations to the Hearing Examiner and City Council.
