Planning Board
The Planning Board will hold public hearings and vote on several subdivision and site plan applications. Among the most consequential is a 3-lot subdivision at 48 Currier Road requiring a conditional use permit for wetland buffer impacts. Many other items have been continued to the July 15 meeting. The board will also review the 2050 Master Plan update.

City Council
The City Council will act on several long-tabled items, including an $84,000 appropriation for Concord's Plan to End Homelessness and a presentation on the Memorial Field Master Plan. Public hearings are scheduled for Beaver Meadow Golf Course clubhouse funding ($36,502) and a $10,000 donation for a skate park at Kiwanis Park. The council will also vote on parking ordinance changes for Church Street and School Street, and handle multiple consent items including traffic signal improvements and a Merrimack River Greenway Trail lease.
