Mr. Hart spoke about his farm in Kerrs Creek, detailing how they started
with a cooler and a table during Covid and have expanded to a full farmer’s
market that supports 10+ farms. With this expansion have come multiple
additional buildings to house the market, and now he is eyeing a restaurant.
However, he has found that in order to operate the restaurant full-time he
would need to upgrade his well, which he hopes to save up to do. In the
meantime, he could open as a part-time restaurant, however he would be taxed
as a full-time business even though he would only operate p …

Mr. Mish asked for a statement that he made regarding the owner of a business building
to be amended to state that his statement was based on the reputation of the owner, and he felt
that the owner would not allow for major deterioration of the building. Mr. Mish added that the
