NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Charter of the City of West Miami,
Resolutions # 2026-02 and 2026-03, and the applicable provisions of the laws of the State
of Florida, a Regular Municipal Election and a Special Election to Fill a Vacancy will be held
in the City of West Miami, Florida, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, for the election of the Mayor
for a term of four (4) years, Commission Seats 1 (One) and 2 (Two) for terms of four (4)
years, and Commission Seat 4 (Four) for a term of two (2) years to fill an unexpired term.
The polling place shall be the West Miami Community Center located at West Miami City
Hall, 901 SW 62 AVE, West Miami, Florida 33144. The polling place shall be open from 7:00
AM to 7:00 PM.
