Planning Commission

The Needville Planning Commission will consider and take action on two subdivision plats: a final plat for Duyka LVD (5 lots on two tracts) and a preliminary plat for Needville 36 Apartments (a 15.2157-acre tract for 120 apartment units). The commission will also review and discuss its meeting and submittal schedule, and approve minutes from the November 7, 2022 meeting.

Development Corporation

The Needville Development Corporation board will meet to approve routine items (minutes, treasurer's report, bills) and discuss several economic development matters. Key agenda items include a possible renewal of the contract with Esch Development Solutions, LLC, the grant process and pending applications, and identifying priorities and projects to promote growth, such as property acquisition and business attraction. The board may also enter executive session to discuss economic development incentives.
