Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Advisory Board Meetings
The Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Advisory Board will hear updates on the Ice Rink and Sand Volleyball Courts. They will also receive reports on cultural services, including the Creative District and 1% for the Arts, as well as recreation and parks updates. Ongoing projects include water conservation medians, pool heaters, ice rink scoreboards, the Open Space Plan, and the arena chiller. Public comment is accepted.

Hearing Examiner
The Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use permit for the expansion of Source of Life Church in an R-1 residential district. The project includes a 9,200 sq ft two-story building with classrooms, office, and warming kitchen, plus parking and access improvements. Public testimony is allowed but requires prior registration.

City Council Meetings
The Council will hold a study session to review crash data following the 2025 chip seal and re-striping project on Wheeler Road, Hill Avenue, and downtown streets. They will also hold a kickoff meeting for downtown enhancements with external design firms. Additionally, the council will enter an executive session to evaluate a complaint against a public official.
