Planning Commission

The Midland Planning Commission will hold public hearings and make decisions on three items: a site plan for an auto repair garage at 725 S. Saginaw Road, a conditional use permit for a drive-through restaurant at 1815-1917 S. Saginaw Road, and a rezoning petition for 3020 Bay City Road from residential to neighborhood center. Additionally, they will revisit a site plan for an office building at 1100 W. Wackerly Street that was tabled from a previous meeting.

• Conditional Use Permit No. 98: 4,408 sq ft commercial building with drive-through at 1815, 1819, 1917 S. Saginaw Road
• Zoning Petition No. 672: Rezone 3020 Bay City Road from RA-4 to NC Neighborhood Center
• Old Business: Site Plan No. 452 for 6,200 sq ft office building at 1100 W. Wackerly Street (tabled from June 9)

City Council

The Council will review several budget amendments including projects for Hart Park and Poseyville Bridge. They are also set to discuss salary adjustments for the City Manager and Attorney alongside various municipal procurement requests.
