Council to consider rezoning Pierce St. property for industrial material yard
The Luling City Council will vote on rezoning 1615 E Pierce Street from commercial to industrial for a material yard. They will also discuss a dispatch services agreement with Caldwell County ESD #5, a resolution to reject the appraisal district's budget amendments, and approve a $25,500 concrete contract. Several donations and a $2,500 Texas Book Festival grant will be accepted, along with a budget amendment to create an EDC Department.
