Social Equity Commission

The Lancaster Social Equity Commission has cancelled its regular meeting scheduled for December 21, 2022. The next regular meeting is set for January 18, 2023. No business items are discussed or decided.

Criminal Justice Commission

Planning Commission Special Meeting

The Lancaster Planning Commission will hold public hearings on four items: a 208-lot age-restricted subdivision at 60th Street West and Avenue K-4, an amendment to the Avanti North Specific Plan to increase lots to 873, a renewable hydrogen fuel facility on 15 acres at 6th Street East and Avenue M, and a citywide zone text amendment regulating collection/donation bins. Planning Commission Regular Meeting

The Lancaster Planning Commission will hold public hearings on three items: an amendment to allow a 48-megawatt battery storage facility at an existing solar site, a conditional use permit for a 25-foot Kaiser Permanente pylon sign, and a tentative tract map to subdivide 10 acres into 34 single-family residential lots. The commission will also consider approval of the October 17, 2022 meeting minutes.
