Library Board
The Enumclaw Library Advisory Board will review board goals for 2026, including outreach to senior living facilities and adult family homes, and receive updates from KCLS staff. The meeting is primarily procedural.

Arts Commission
The Enumclaw Arts Commission will discuss pursuing the Arts.WA Creative District designation to boost local artists and tourism. They will also review new 4Culture grant opportunities for public art and heritage projects. Other items include a recap of the May 8 Art Show on Cole and planning for summer events on Cole Street. The commission will also consider a more prominent location for the Berthon Art sculpture and an inclusive playground proposal.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission holds a public hearing to consider permanent regulations for co-living housing, following state law HB 1998. They will also discuss less restrictive alternative housing and consider amendments to the land use matrix and definitions. The commission will make a recommendation to the City Council.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee approved minutes from June 8th, reviewed purchasing card transactions for May 2026, and approved accounts payable vouchers for June 10th. The main discussion was a budget amendment to convert a part-time media services technician to full-time to meet new federal ADA accessibility requirements for electronic media, with a 2026 cost of $10,620 and ongoing annual costs of about $33,189.

Community & Economic Development
The CED committee will review Ordinance No. 2840, which updates licensing requirements and exemptions for door-to-door solicitors and mobile vendors. Staff will also provide a verbal update on MFTE housing regulations. The committee will discuss policy directions for upcoming municipal code amendments.
