Commission on Aging to discuss senior transportation grant and outreach

The Concord Commission on Aging is meeting in person to handle routine business, including approving the prior meeting's annotated agenda and receiving a responsibility memo from the City Clerk. Members will hear reports on the Be a Santa to a Senior program and discuss old business items like outreach to Latino communities, a mini-bus route, and a transportation survey.
