City Council

The Blytheville City Council will consider ordinances calling special elections on issuing bonds for capital improvements and on the expiration of the sales and use tax. Other business includes waiving competitive bidding for police, public works, and wastewater equipment, amending the purchasing manual and budgets, and authorizing the sale of city vehicles and donation of fire department lockers. The council will also nominate a president pro tempore and approve an agreement with Attorney Ray Nickle.

All motions passed unanimously with Councilman Perrin absent.
