Alcoa Commission to set tax rate and approve facility assessment contracts
The Board of Commissioners will decide on the city tax rate for the 2026-2027 fiscal year and amend the current budget. The body will also consider contracts for a comprehensive facility condition study and a residential rezoning request.

- Contract with Performance Services, Inc. for facility assessment not to exceed $110,000
- Agreement with Lawler-Wood, LLC for project management services for $30,000
