Economic Development Advisory Board
The Economic Development Advisory Board will receive an update on the city's Comprehensive Plan from staff. They will also review the outline of the Economic Development Master Plan. The board will consider approving the minutes from the June 4 meeting. Public comments will be accepted.

Planning Board
The Planning Board will hold public hearings on five items. They will consider amending the 1380 Colonial Boulevard PUD to expand the mixed-use development by adding 1.45 acres, increasing residential units and commercial space, and reducing hotel rooms. Other items include a PUD for Salvation Army expansion, a continued hearing for bonus density on Second Street, a land use map amendment for 8.1 acres on Lockwood Dr., and amendments to several Comprehensive Plan elements.

Historic Preservation Commission
The commission will hold public hearings to decide on Certificates of Review for exterior modifications in the Dean Park and Downtown Historic Districts. The body is evaluating whether proposed window, door, and awning replacements comply with city design guidelines and historic preservation standards.

The Special Magistrate will address new business (cases 1-21) and old business (cases 22-43) involving code violations such as unpermitted construction, parking lot issues, and property maintenance. Several cases are marked dismissed due to compliance, while others involve mitigation of existing liens or non-compliance hearings with potential daily fines.

The Special Magistrate heard 21 code enforcement cases, finding many properties in violation and imposing daily fines if violations are not abated by deadlines. Several cases were dismissed due to compliance. The most severe penalty was a repeat offender case with a $500 per day fine and no maximum cap.
