Council to vote on bond issuance for multifamily housing project
The council will hold a public hearing and vote on issuing bonds for a multifamily housing project. They will also consider a concept plan for Shelander Woods, vote on vacating an easement for Havenwood, and reduce a letter of credit for Hidden Creek Phase 3 utility and street improvements.
