The Chevy Chase Section Three Council is holding a special meeting to discuss and evaluate their position on proposed amendments to ZTA 25-02, a county zoning text amendment for workforce housing. The public hearing on the original proposal was negative, and the County Council's Planning, Housing & Parks Committee will consider it after budget deliberations. The attorney hired jointly with six other Chevy Chase jurisdictions has developed amendments. The meeting is open to residents via Zoom.
