Health & Human Services & Veterans Committee

County Board

Highway Safety Commission

The Buffalo County Highway Safety Commission will meet to discuss updates from the Sheriff's Office, Emergency Management, and the Highway Department. Key items include a review of 2023 crash statistics (127 total crashes, 4 fatalities), confirmation of a speed grant, and completion of bridge projects on Highways 37 and 35. The commission will also hear a proposal for reflective school zone signs and an update on State Highway 95 construction.

Local Emergency Planning Committee
