Staff Review Committee/Staff Level Review

The Staff Review Committee will review and provide a recommendation to the Planning Board for a Streamlined Major Site Plan/Final Plan Development Review application to renovate the former Yankee Lanes bowling alley at 276 Bath Road into a car dealership. The project, submitted by Trillium Engineering Group on behalf of property owner GG IV LLC, includes adding about 39,430 square feet of parking, a new entrance, and an infiltration pond. The committee will also discuss other business and adjourn.

Shellfish Committee (Formerly Marine Resources Committee)

Housing Committee

The Housing Committee is reviewing a staff recommendation to replace the current Housing Moratorium with an Affordable Housing Inclusionary Zoning (AHIZ) policy. This would establish permanent affordability requirements for new housing developments of 30 or more units.

Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)

The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider an appeal by Seth Holbrook regarding a Planning Board decision to allow the replacement and expansion of a marine bulkhead. The board will review whether the project met requirements for property interest and financial capacity.

The Staff Review Committee will review and act on a Minor Development Review application from U-Haul Company of Maine to construct entrance and exit ramps at the east end of the existing building at 1 Cressey Drive. The Brunswick Planning Board will continue its review of Bowdoin College's application to relocate, reorient, and resurface athletic fields at 80 Harpswell Road. The meeting is a continuation of a case tabled in December, with public comment restricted to the issue of PFAS analysis of the field turf. The board will consider findings of fact and may vote on the final plan.
