Planning Board

The Planning Board will hold public hearings regarding site plan reviews and subdivision plans. The board will also consider releasing road bonds for South Farm Estates and Trinity Circle.

The Bridgewater Planning Board continued hearings for 31 Perkins and 1998 South Street to February 2, 2022, pending receipt of green cards and plan updates. The board endorsed an Approval Not Required (ANR) application for a new residential lot at Plymouth and Whitman Street. It also accepted a $62,122.50 road bond for South Farm Estates and released remaining lots, and released a $45,506 road bond for Trinity Circle while holding $5,000 until proof of lot recording.
