Zoning Board of Appeals
The Belleville Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on multiple variance and special use permit requests. Key items include a zoning map amendment to rezone 5920 Gateway Industrial Drive from single-family residential to light industrial, and a text amendment to repeal a minimum requirements section. The board will also decide on requests for outdoor storage, multi-family housing, liquor licenses, short-term rentals, and an animal shelter.
