Facilities and Purchasing Committee Meeting - 12:00 PM via Zoom
The Facilities and Purchasing Committee will discuss a list of bills, purchasing report, district contracts, and a list of contracted transportation drivers and aides. They will also review a VMware quote, Villanova University graduation ceremony agreements for Harriton and Lower Merion high schools, a district-wide security assessment refresh, and roof condition assessments at DAO, HHS, and LMHS. Updates will cover elementary school playgrounds, a grass field and cinder track between Cynwyd ES and Bala Cynwyd MS, and the Bala Cynwyd MS roof replacement.

Curriculum Committee Meeting
The Curriculum Committee will discuss course and textbook proposals, review two contracts (a $12,070 Curriculum Associates Toolbox purchase and a three-year $11,137.50 Wonder Media renewals), and receive presentations on math sequencing and the Pennsylvania Youth Survey. Policy Committee Meeting - 9:00 AM
The Lower Merion School District Policy Committee will review and discuss several policies. A second reading and proposed adoption of Policy/AR 718 Service Animals is scheduled, along with a first reading of Policy/AR 262 on students experiencing houselessness. The committee will also discuss revisions to Policy/AR 812 Food Services and receive updates on administrative regulations, including a new regulation on student activities.
