HDC to decide on repairs for two historic homes
The Bay City Historic District Commission will vote on two Certificate of Appropriateness applications: replacing fascia and soffits at 1315 McKinley St. and replacing front stairs at 912 N. Mclellan St. The commission will also discuss a supplemental work review checklist.
