Development Review Committee

The Development Review Committee is reviewing site plans for industrial warehouses, medical offices, and restaurants. The agenda includes a request to rezone Clarcona Road property from Rural/Agriculture to Light Industrial. City Commission

The City Council will review a major development plan for 262 multifamily units at 2828 Hooper Farms Road. The agenda also includes a budget amendment for fiscal year 2021/22 and the transfer of City Parcel Unit 162 to the Orlando Apopka Airport Association, Inc.

The Apopka City Council approved the Addison Farms Multifamily Major Development Plan for a 262-unit apartment complex at 2828 Hooper Farms Road, and approved a settlement agreement with Naram Global, Inc. regarding a tobacco shop's special exception. The council also approved the transfer of a city parcel to the Orlando Apopka Airport Association and tabled a budget amendment for the Apopka Resource Center.
