Council to vote on amended MOU for Addison Circle transit-oriented development

The Addison City Council will consider approving a second amended MOU with AMLI Residential and Stream Realty for the Addison Circle transit-oriented mixed-use project. The council will also hold public hearings on special use permits for a Nando's restaurant and a Modern Animal veterinary hospital at Belt Line Road, and vote on a hangar lease expansion with Sky Harbour Group including up to $500,000 for hazardous material remediation.

✓ Decided: Council approves expansion of Addison Hangars airport project

The City Council approved a ground lease amendment for Addison Hangars, LLC to develop an additional 6.06 acres of airport land. The council also granted special use permits for a Nando's restaurant and a Modern Animal veterinary clinic, and called for the May 6, 2023, general election.
