The Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners approved several new and renewed licenses, including a Class A liquor license transfer for CJ's Wine and Spirits at 238 Columbus Avenue, pending settlement of outstanding claims. The board also approved new victualling house licenses for The Boundary at 67 Garrity Street and Notes Coffee Co. at 508 Armistice Boulevard, and a new auto repair license for Towner Design Build at 80 Dean Street. A license transfer for China Inn at 285 Main Street was withdrawn by the applicant's attorney.

- Approved new Class B victualer limited license for Notes Coffee Co., 508 Armistice Boulevard; Councilor Vitali abstained.
- Approved new auto repair license for Towner Design Build, 80 Dean Street, to restore Cadillacs only.
- Ordered a summons for Dollar Tree #07899, 342 Power Road, to appear at an informal hearing on February 5, 2020, regarding debris, litter, and dumpster maintenance.
