Middletown adopts Vision Zero traffic safety policy

The Town Council held a regular meeting that included an executive session approving the Police Chief's contract and authorizing Teamsters negotiations. In open session, the Council adopted a Vision Zero policy resolution after a presentation on a Safe Streets grant, and discussed legislative priorities with state delegates. Updates were given on the school building project and library project.
